Frozen Greek Orata

Orata or Seabream is a sustainably farmed fish from Greece. Usually a high ticket item at your favorite seafood restaurant. We hand process these fillets in house and super freeze to preserve quality. Simply defrost in the fridge over night and transport yourself to the Mediterranean. Perfect for grilling, broiling, or adding to a stew.

Each pack is fairly small 0.2 -0.3lbs containing one skin-on fillet.
